DopeCode Touch

DopeCode Touch is an extremely simple tool that adds an extra command to the context menu, called 'Touch' that 'touches' a file. This changes the modified time to the current system time. This can occasionally be useful for CVS users or programmers working on software that modifies or examines files.

To make things as easy as possible Touch has a Windows Installer so that you can install it quickly and remove it without having to go around deleting files or changing the registry. There's not much to see, but below is a screenshot of Touch in action.
